canal is 5 mm in maximal dimension. This is primarily due to disc material,
contributions from some ligamentous thickening and bony hypertrophic changes
. There is moderately severe compromise of the left and right lateral
recesses, as well as moderately severe compromise of the neural foramina
bilaterally. There is also evidence for a posterior annular tear with a high
intensity zone at this level.
2.There is mild to moderate spinal canal stenosis at L4/5 as described above
. This is due to disc material, bony hypertrophic changes and ligamentous
thickening.
3.There are broad-based disc bulges, ligamentous thickening and bony
hypertrophic changes at L3/4 and L3/4. There is moderate compromise of the
left and right lateral recesses, as well as the neural foramina at these
segments all described in great details above. The spinal canal is slightly
in excess of a centimeter at both these levels |
