（就是说今天买了，立即就可以用）
如果你是补牙和拔牙，有6个月（买了以后等6个月才可以用）
其它的要等12个月
但是，如果你以前有这个delta dental或者其它本州雇主支持的保险，中间没中断
超过60天的话，就可以不用管waiting period。
如果中断时间过长或者你是新加的，就必须有这个waiting period。
