有的医院说换关节,有的说用干细胞疗法,出血少还能完全治愈,请问真的有这么好吗?
股骨头坏死到底应该怎样治疗呢?

cell treatment in this situation. As a matter of fact, I have never heard
of any stem cell treatment that has been accepted as a treatment in
situation other than "experiment".
Arthritis of the hip, requiring hip replacement is very common condition. I
doubt her steroid use is the culprit. Long term steroid use can lead to
femur head necrosis, but we are talking about really long term use. | m******c

As of July 2010, this is still experimental in animal.
Maybe it will turn out to be a breakthrough in the future. But as of now,
there is no evidence that this method will work reliably in human. Any new
treatment should be tested in well monitored clinical trial before applying
to the public. Using experimental method in human for profit is unethical
in my opinion, but probably not a rare practice in China.
Hip replacement is a mature operation with 97% success rate. The STEM cell
is experimental treatment with no proven efficacy or long term safety
monitoring. I am not trying to convince you in any direction, but just some
facts for consideration. | d******o

手术风险中度。
术后恢复时间较长，需要较长的康复治疗。 激素导致的股骨头坏死往往术后愈合不是
很理想。 |
