1. 保险卡上只有老公的名字，但是网页上有我的名字，这样应该没问题吧？
2. 在保险卡上看到的plan是PPO $10 COPAY/VC，还有DRUG COPAY $5/$10/$15 PCD不太

3. 在HCBO的网站上查了一下benefit information，有的检查是有deductible的，但有

有，只有coinsurance和copay，这两个有什么区别呢？

There should be a card with your name.
copay per visit. The drug co-pays differ among 3 tiers: generic,
preferred brand name, other brand names...
$100 deductible: you pay the first $100 before insurance starts paying its
benefit.
10% coinsurance: you pay 10% and insurance covers 90%
$10 copay: you pay $10 (e.g. per visit). It's pretty much like
coinsurance except expressed in $ not %.
If there is, it should be under the "pre-existing conditions" and "
exclusions" sections of the policy book.
Individually purchased policies may restrict coverage re. pregnancy.
Employer-sponsored group policies are generally not allowed to do so by law. As a lot of $$$ is at stake here, call their customer service to really make sure.
