* Due to different provider restrictions, deductibles, etc. they may not
both pay for a procedure.
* Sometimes 2nd insurance would not pay if 1st one already paid an equal or
larger benefit.
* Even if you get both policies to work, the 2nd only pays 50%*(1-50%)=25%,
still leaving 25% out-of-pocket.
