That is not a very specific sign for diabetes
Symptoms to look for in diabetes include feeling tired, increased urine
frequency, increased appetite, weight loss, frequent sweating etc.

bubble, while water not.So when I see foam in urine, the first thing I need
to rule out is proteinuria, but this can not be done without lab test.
There is no protein in normal urine, so when the proteinuria is confirmed,
you need to find out what is the causing.
inflammation of kidney like glomerulonephritis is one, complication of
hypertension is another. Anything that can cause damage of filter system of

bubble. But if it is milk, you may see some foam, right? Both of them, we
call bubble or foam, but they are different.
If you think what you saw is something like beer foam, that's abnormal.
There are many reasons for the proteinuria, like inflammation of kidney,
nephritic or nephrotic syndrome, some of them are symptom free. Proteinuria
is the first sign.
