contamination, and so on.

No, some medium like the cells line growing up in the lab incubator.
怎么区分这细胞是胎儿的还是母亲的呢？
this is easy, for single cell or clones, genetic markers can tell.
While, most of time, what you want to observe it fetal cells, and the
majority cell in uterus is fetus'. You don't have to worry about the

I am just very curious about the lab processure of this test, since I
myself is growthing some tissure culture cells in a reserch lab, but do not
know much of the clinic knowledge. would you mind to answer more of my
