标 题: 宝宝得了reflux laryngitis求助

1月多的宝宝，生下来嘴巴就老是张开的，鼻子呼哧呼哧的。
宝宝食欲不错，吃奶急。以前都好，最近喂奶，经常咳嗽，吐奶。
医生开始说是reflux，但是宝宝回奶没啥泛酸的症状，LD一直觉得是鼻子有问题
今天要求医生做个五官的详细检查，用探头。
医生看了喉部，说是reflux laryngitis
反流性喉炎，给开了zindac，说是缓解症状而已。
让2月后再看看，孩子长大了会好些。
这个是先天的嘛，怎么治啊，和一般的reflux好些不一样
小宝宝对吃奶一直到很热情。。。，sigh |

The cause of reflux is often due to immaturity of the nervous system in the
esophageal sphincter.
Make sure that you burp your baby really well after each feed, and don't put
him in bed immediately. Reflux and aspiration can cause respiratory
symptoms.
The good news is that most baby outgrow their reflux. |

这是宝宝版上一般说的那种reflux嘛，还是专门的一种 laryngitis啊
今天医生专门用个设备塞进鼻子里面看的整个五官。说看到了。。什么
然后给开了些药，说只能让他feel better，不能根治，要看小宝长2－3月的情况

发帖数: 1211 | 4 It is the same reflux. I think your doctor believes that his laryngitis is
caused by the reflux of stomach content into the oral pharynx and aspirated
into the larynx. Aspiration is a common complication for reflux, and it can
potentially cause pneumonia. |
