发帖数: 1813 | 1 上午的时候经常嗓子不舒服，就是总想清嗓子的那种感觉，要不说话就会有点嘶哑。中
午吃完饭后就会好很多。虽然早晨时间比较紧，不可能好好的吃早点，但通常会喝点茶
，吃个bagel或几片面包。大家觉得是什么原因呢，有什么建议？谢谢 | c******r

GERD/laryngopharyngeal reflux is an excellent thought, majority of people
have a mild degree of reflux during sleep, and even a mild degree of
aspiration, you don't really needs to be very much symptomatic like having
heart burns everyday,
you did not provide enough details, but chronic sinusitis can be another
source of irritant,
you can make an appointment with an ENT doctor to get a laryngeal scope and

要family doctor refer呀？不能直接make appointment吧？如果不看医生，有什么otc
的药可以自己试一试呢？

PPI (proton pump inhibitor).
Use at your own risk since you don't have a proper diagnosis yet.If your
symptoms are relived after taking this drug, then you most likely have LPR. |
