Normal ventricular cavity size - no enlargement of heart. Enlargement of
heart is bad prognostic factor.
Preserved systolic function of 60% - only 60% of blood goes into aorta
during systole (when heart contract); I assume the rest goes into right
ventricle through the septal defect.
Small membranous ventriculoseptal defect (a hole on the wall that separates
left & right ventricles) with a blood flow velocity of 5 m/s
