症状：一月份搬到新的城市工作，一周后就开始胀气，基本上每天从睁开眼，就胀气得
很，在尝试打嗝，打嗝后稍微好点，然后又在胀气中循环，直到今天！看了specialist
，让我吃aciphex (20mg)，已开始每日一粒，最初几周胀气有所好转，后来又渐渐开始
再次胀气，而且嗓子眼儿里总觉得有东西，喝水的时候觉得水顺着食道壁往下流，但是
吃东西倒不觉得梗阻。于是医生让我作胃镜，也没看出什么，只说我胃里有些
inflamation,然后十二指肠有点萎缩（医生说比人家的皱褶少，但是也许是天生，我晕
！）。于是让我每天吃两粒aciphex，早晚各一次，最初的一周完全不胀气了，我还特
别高兴，以为好了。谁知周末同学来玩，我们出去了一天，我忘记了吃药，而且也吃了
不少东西。后来再正常吃药，好像就完全没效果了，胀气的程度又回到了原先，好像一
点也没有好转。而且还有了新的症状，就是嗓子眼儿里老是觉得有食物残渣，刚才咳嗽
了一下，竟然咳出来一个黄豆大的白色小砣砣，应该是食物残渣，而且恶臭！！我自己
都觉得恶心！我是女生呀，要是以后因为这个而口臭， |

still bothering you. Try to have another discussion with the doctor
focusing on symptom relief.
Unfortunately 吗丁啉(domperidone) is not approved by the FDA. Do mention
the possibility of gastroparesis, and if the doctor thinks it's worth a try
there are other gastrokinetic drugs available such as agents such as
metoclopramide.

排除了，就应该放心，不要一直想，平时饮食正常就可以了。 |
