2007年8~9月，症状：腹痛导致卧床不起。
- 地方医院诊断：胆囊炎。
2008年10月1~10日，症状：进食后呕吐，全身发黄。
- 北京综合医院诊断：胆红素高、转氨酶高、肿瘤指标高，CT及核磁造影显示有肿块；
判断-胆囊肿瘤引起胆道阻塞，肿瘤侵犯肝门；右肾也有原发肿瘤。
> 治疗：10月10日体外肝支管穿刺外引流减黄。
10月11日~10月30日，症状：每日大量胆液外引流导管引出，体表黄色逐步减退，10月
20日起慢慢恢复流食、半流食。
- 上海专科医院复诊：胆红素与转氨酶等恢复正常，肿瘤诊断-同北京
> 10月30日无创伤内置导管手术引流(后续预备介入治疗)。
11月1~10日，症状：持续发烧，体表变黄，外引流导管胆液量减少、颜色变深。
- 上海专科医院诊断：胆红素升至高于300、转氨酶高，造影显示内置引流导管未堵塞
，怀疑为内置导管感染。
> 治疗：11月10日取出内置引流导管，随即发烧停止，但外引流胆液量仍然较少。
11月11~25日
> 11月14日开腹手术，观察到胆囊组织腐烂，周边肝、淋巴结肿瘤转移；施胆囊姑息性

liver metastasis and biliary tract obstruction (primary kidney cancer and
spreaded to liver causing biliary tract obstruction). Unfortunately, the
prognosis in this situation is terminal. There is no cure. She is not a
candidate for surgery given metastatic situation. she is too ill to receive
chemotherapy. In addition, kidney cancer does not respond to chemotherapy

Even not, the patient & family can push for more symptomatic management and
less curative attempt.
p.s. Take the doctor's estimate for survival with a gain of salt. It could
be exaggerated (to comfort the family) or underestimated.

Best post-op late-stage cancer care formula = nutrition support (try to get
in at least 1000-1200KJ per day; I would do IV if necessary) + lots of
emotional support + palliative Chinese herbal or pain control treatment

发帖数: 4445 | 6 From what I've read, IV (parenteral nutrition) does not significantly
improve survival rate in late-stage cancer patients, and there is the cost
issue. Except it may confer psychological benefit for patient & family.
Any thoughts on that?

1.我妈最近情况如下：
-12月初至今，症状：每日恢复少量软质白饭、蔬菜和肉蛋，各种水果，大小便正常；
体表黄色稍消退，每日体外导管胆液排放量增加至约200ml。
-每日身体右下侧偶感阵痛(数分钟)，常见于背部受压时(如：夜晚卧床，靠椅休息)；
食用较大食物、速度稍快，甚至吞咽唾液时，胸口正中偶发胀痛。
>治疗：灵芝粉，中成药，配合北京中草药汤剂饮用。中成药信息如下：
