我怀疑就这个速度掉下去，很快就成秃子了。

probably TE, some endocrine disorders such as thyroid dysfunction would
cause this, or poor nutritional state with diminished protein, calories,
zinc, or iron intake, or emtional/physiological stress would do it as well,
check your nails to see if there is any transverse lines,

telogen effluvium, transient hair loss from stress either physiological or
mentally, nutritional deficit if you try to go through dieting, you can have
someone to look at your scalp closely and it should look normal, and if you
gently pull on your hair will get handful of them, then you look at the
hairs closely to see if there is more telogen than anagen hairs,
telogen hair is in it's resting phase and should have a big root at its base
, and anagen hair is the growing hair and the body/sheath
