大家帮我看看,我下面这个情况,是需要做root canal+crown吗? 如果需要,是2个牙都需
要,还是只要做1个牙?
我右下方最后面3个牙都有问题..
最里面的牙齿,N年前就有个非常大的洞,当时在国内就赌上了..现在这颗牙一到晚上就有
点痛,平时吃东西也不感用这个牙吃.而且这个牙现在都黑掉了.这个情况是不是说明这个
牙都死掉了??----现在想问,这个牙是不是需要拔掉,然后root canal+crown??
右下方倒数第2颗牙, 10年前就已经烂的没的救了给拔掉了,然后当时在国内做了个假牙
,当时国内技术可能也不太好,假牙是那种前后各支出4个不锈钢的小钩,钩住前后2颗牙给
固定住的...现在问题是,如果最里面的那颗牙给拔掉的话,医生重新弄个假牙,那我现在
这个假牙是不是就无法很吻合的固定了,是不是这个右下方倒数第2颗牙也需要重新做ro

右下方倒数第3颗牙,和倒数第2颗假牙接缝处,又出了一个小洞,洞有点大,晚上也有点痛

a crown may be required instead)
2. If the root is not too good, probably root canal + crown. The usual
crown is made of precious metal (with optional creamic/polymer shell on top
for a more natural appearance, & it adds to the cost). All-ceramic crowns
are also available but they don't last as long -- esprecially on the molars.
3. If the root is beyond repair, then extraction and often prosthetics/

如果问题轻,就一般得填充..如果问题严重估计我的右下first molar
就得root canal+crown..
如果根都没的救了,就只有拔掉了.然后得implant一个牙...
不知道理解得对不对??
