Then I visited a doctor. The doctor "cleaned" my ear, and
made my ear bleeding a lot and I felt pain. The doctor then
said that my eardrum has a hole. I felt my ear became worse
since then.
I suspect that the doctor broke my eardrum by his heavy handed
cleaning. Is it normal for ear cleaning to have bleeding?
(It is normal to have bleeding in teeth cleaning.) Does anybody

No. But it's also possible that your eardrum was already infected & much
more vulnerable can be easily broken. Did you have a lot of impacted ear
wax?
The physician usually gives some antibiotic to prevent infection, & if it
doesn't heal well, put a temporary paper patch on the eardrum to accelerate
healing.

The doctor should use some solvent/liquid to make the wax soft, then clean
it. If the doctor didn't, or didn't give the liquid enough time, it's quite
possible to damage his eardrum.
