饭前 <110mg/dl
饭后 <140mg/dl
在网上查了查
before a meal
70–130 mg/dl (5.0–7.2 mmol/l)
after a meal
<180 mg/dl (<10.0 mmol/l)
到底用哪个呢? | f******I 发帖数: 769 | 2
fasting glucose greater than 126 is most likely diagnostic, anything between
100 to 125 is borderline/pre-diabetes,
depends on the age of the patient, if it's a younger patient, you want to
control it as tight as you could to prevent long term complications from
diabetes,
but for an elderly you don't want to control it too aggressively, one is
that their hypoglycemic reaction is less obvious, and also they are already
old and why take away their pleasure in their limited time?

2 hr post meal < 180 are the numbers from american diabetes assocation's
guideline.
126 fasting is diagonsitic.
but for diabetes long term mangement, ADA guideline is widely used.
actually tight glycemic control is recommended to prevent long term
complications such as neuropathic pain, vision loss, etc. |
