知道大家知不知道其他的?我好像看到苦瓜是很好的药,但是很少看到卖的。而且美国
的保健品牌子繁多,价格差别也很大,比如鱼油有几刀至几十刀不等,不知道到底有什
么差别,还有那个牌子的比较好?

鱼油costco的不错,看看有效成分的浓度啥的,效果差不多

ingredients: EPA, DHA. The higher the concentration, the better. USDA(United
States Department of Agriculture) recommends healthy people should take 1-3
Gram of combination of EPA+DHA a day. For people with health issues, take
relatively more than regular recommendation. So when you are buying Omega
III, it is better that EPA is about 600-900mg and DHA is about 400-600mg per
