low dose of asprin (baby asprin). But don't take it long term, because it
might cause GI bleeding, bruises, or even cerebral hemorrhage.
For prescription meds, consult a doc about "anticoagulants", such as Warfarin
(coumadin) or Heparin.
Also, if he is high in cholesteral, Lipitor is an optional medication.
Besides meds, a better life style -- exercise and low-fat-high-fiber diet is
