The only finding on the anatomic survey is the presence of a choroid plexus
cyst(s). This is a relative common incidental finding seen in 1-2% of
normal fetuses. While three is a statistical association with Trisomy 18,
the risk when the finding is isolated (as in this case) is only 1 in 400 to
1 in 500.
