cover lens／frames，这个是怎么回事？我理解的eye exam应该在vision plan里面啊
？我们公司有额外的vision plan。
为什么medical plan也cover eye exam啊，难道是不一样的exam吗？谢谢 | f*****e
发帖数: 179 | 2 if you have vision plan, that's your first coverage for eye exams. if you
have no vision plan, your medical plan usually covers eye exams, but not
frames or lenses - in this case usually your medical plan will ask you to
sign a statement to say you have no vision plan.

only want to get an eye exam but no glasses, should I waive the vision plan?
Only use the free eye exam in the medical plan?
