echo complex, new compared to prior exam. Proximal right ureter is not
dilated.
impression里描述：
1: interval development of mild right -sided pelvocaliectasis. Differential
considerations include obstructive uropathy and reflux. No urolithiasis
identified by sonography.
2:small 60+ml postvoid residual
3:otherwise unchanged and within normal limits.
2012年查过一次B超，显示minimal generalized right caliectasis/hydronephrosis.
(minimal right hydronephrosis of uncertain significanece)
a moderate 100+ml postvoid residual.
不明白最近的B超显示的是什么问题-什么是“pelvocaliectasis”？“mild
separation of the right central echo complex”是啥意思，意味着啥？这两次B超
的结果是一样还是有不同？？
需要做什么进一步的治疗或者检查么？近期打算怀孕，唉。
之前病史：多年前有过一次右侧泌尿系统结石发作，当时B超没有找到石头，以为已经
排除，只是b超人员告诉我发现右边肾盂稍有扩张。
但是从那以后的尿检一直不正常，经常有少量RBC或者/和有leukocyte esterase、或
者伴随culture出来显示有感染。 |
