ringing sounds in his ears". He lives with his mother and 3 younger siblings
. His father has never been in his life. His mother has her own health
problems and is on multiple medications. Mother was quite sleepy when she
brought the boy to see me, and she states her sleepiness is mainly caused by
her medications. After the boy told me "I hate holidays", I asked my nurse
did a quick test for him and made the diagnosis.

is negative. In addition, the boy is a star basketball player for his school
team, he states he does not do drugs because he wants to be a NBA player in
future.
A大曾在以前的病例讨论中做过这个 quick test and made the correct diagnosis
for one of his patients. So what is the quick test? Why the boy "hate
holidays"?

一样了。I asked my nurse checking the boy's finger stick, his glucose level
is only 62. His following labs show his Vitamin D level is only 7 and he has
iron-deficiency anemia. His mother has her own health problems and often "
forgets" to cook meals for him and his siblings. The free lunch provided at
his school is the only meal he can eat on time during weekdays. So the boy
hates holidays because his school will be closed during holidays and he
cannot eat school lunches regularly during the holidays.

meals for him. 结果他学校social worker 第二天下午就给我打电话说这个孩子已经
got double portion lunch. 所以，这个世上还是热心助人的好人多：） |

家里都是有背景的。穷孩子很多都去当兵，再到医学院。

多老中给男孩起名叫Albert，老气横秋的，貌似出生在1900年。
Dwyane这名字还不错啦，比Preston，Godfrey，Miles这种Preppy名字还是顺耳一点滴。

以前做Fellow的时候，几个朋友说到要写本书，因为我们心脏科的会诊无奇不有，写出
来一定引人入胜，但是后来无果。
大家有没有想法，每人写2-3个小故事，我们来出本书。哈哈。 |

我们这帮医生在网上认识也有年头，权当增进联系。出书是一事，我们以后还可以多开

我觉得这种情况比父母偶尔打孩子之类而失去抚养权的情况严重多了。。。

现的，一找能找到一串。
不过这种病人的真实故事能公开讲甚至出书吗？即使去掉病人信息以后。

会搞糟了。我以前还捐点小钱啥的。现在是基本没门。我不知道我捐的钱能到谁手里。
不过我交的税坑定一大部分都用在。。。。。
