业最挣钱的时候。 工人好找， 任劳任怨， 管理差的公司又倒的差不多了， 竞争对手
少。
不过我这几个月都没怎么做，进了几个房子， 忙的焦头烂额， 最后这个近M级的， 里
面很多东西都custom的， 很难搞。 还没弄好。 工作也特忙， 遂决定不再
multitasking了。LOL. |

看来你还是相信real estate，现在好像有回升的迹象。

Seems like this call was pretty accurate. Dow at 12800 at the time, now is
120 point away from new high.

今年我给自己定了个任务，就是起码做一个“翻手”项目，呵呵。
不过，我们这里一翻手，也就赚个几万刀而已，比较容易出手。
5,60万以上的房子就比较难卖了。

trying to dump their houses, i have been buying the deeply discounted
properties. those 小洋楼 you are talking about, yes, i have MANY. i bot when
no one is interested so i paid 50-60k each. and renting 1400-1500/month. I
have been telling people to do that in the Living board. They are now all
asking for 90-100k because more people buying. is still buy-able, but not as
profitable
currently the market is unbalanced at the top end, properties that near 1M.
not too many people have that kind of cash. so good deals still abundant.

发帖数: 8689 | 15 蒙大夫真是先知先觉，我们这里前几年买白菜房的，现在都发现原来是白金房，稳赚不
亏的。
不过，现在低端房都涨了不少，还都是现金买家在抢，一不留神，新出的便宜房就神速
close了。
高端房确实也有好deal，但是买家相对实力有限，据说加州纽约那块有中国投资者在买
房子，所以高价房也有市场。
蒙大夫做不做comercial的？如果投资额大的话，完全可以考虑做那块的。

break through. don't buy now. it's time to look for selling opportunity. a
retracement is in line.

能源的确很强！拉升阶段。您的选择好爱国，lol, 但中国企业的劣迹，不让人放心啊
。看起来FSLR还稳妥一些。
金融涨幅过大，需要休息一下。 我不会怀疑上升趋势还会继续下去，看看银行的服务
态度和扩展，感叹危机就是资本论所说那样，阵痛，洗牌，痛苦后的重整，机会，强者恒
强。希望他们继续突破。
大部分医生的职业特点，不大可能是短期拉风型，kill time or kill ourselves. 还
是潜伏吧:-)
另：AA本周勉强的突破，估计会温和的涨一下，不够拉风啊。
