Who benefit most from malpractice? Attorneys.
With a compensation system on board, the victims will be compensated under
the system.
But I agree with you, who knows it is good or bad.

course the insurance company. But still, every body would like to have it if
it is affordable.
So if the attorney is affordable, just keep it. |
