老师的note里面这么写的：
The symptoms of constipation may include mental depression, restlessness,
dull headache, loss of appetite and sometimes nausea and abdominal
discomfort. These symptoms appear to be caused by prolonged distention of
the descending colon and rectum and NOT DUE to absorption of "toxins" from
the retained fecal material (autointoxication).

So contipation is not the cause of all your discomfort other than GI symptoms, but the cause of contipation is. |
