嗯，这个题目好. 能不能具体说说相关感受?
类似第一句的: “80% of a diagnosis comes from history, 10% from physical
exam, 10% from labs” . 这是我OB过的两个家庭医生说的。是不是可用于当代
hospital medicine，有待商榷。
巴斯德那句简直就是人生圭臬了。

a patient coming in coma w/o any history?

他们就对你凶。果然基本很管用。

哈哈，这是宝玉独门秘制的药香吧。
不过说起慢性病的治疗宝典来，我倒真的知道一个：
“既来之，则安之，自己完全不着急，让体内慢慢生长抵抗力和它作斗争，直至最后战
而胜之，这是对付慢性病的方法。”
这是老毛在一九四一年写给一得了慢性病的哥们儿。和《论持久战》的思路异曲同工。那年正是珍珠港事件、太平洋战事全面爆发、抗战相持阶段最惨烈的一年。

破仑惨败于俄国的严寒，就已经是重蹈N 年前瑞典王查理十二冬季远征莫斯科的覆辙。
有一哥们评价这段历史时候，说那些牛人明知道前人的错误，可就是前仆后继、一如既
往的重蹈覆辙，原因在于他们都以为自己比前人更牛，以为同样情况下，换了自己就能handle局面、转败为胜。所以希特勒发起总攻的时间，只比拿破仑提前了三天，他大约是以为自己的闪击战比拿破仑牛多了，足以在冬季到来之前给老毛子斩首。殊不知低估老毛子倔驴脾气和俄罗斯冷酷严冬的错误，也是从别人那里学不来的，非得自己体会了才算experience，可惜体会到了也太晚了。
所以说从别人的错误里面学习，其实很不容易。
