10M USD will be a good amount during series A fundraising for any well
established companies with good product prototype and/or customer base.
You want someone to give you 10M USD for just a idea, without even a proof
of concept study.
Again, how long have you been on the earth???!!!

google 最近卖了隐形眼镜专利，据说可变焦。也只是个点子而已。

Another one is southern CA, founded by a Nobel prize winner.
In my view, IOL CAN'T be successful (as a 20+ year implant, it's difficult
to do it).
But for contact lens, totally feasible. But it will be a long term project.

powervision. It is an interesting technology for accommodating lens. It must
be an overstatement that accommodating idols won't work. There are some
products in the market already; it is a matter of optimization.
You may try to get funding from China. Btw, Nobel laureate doesn't mean much
in the business world.

product? Not really working.

, I haven't heard any technical guys in the field think accommodating IOL
will be feasible commercially.
Nobel laureate CAN help to get money from China.
To get money in USA, need "stars" who are trusted by investors. For the
technic part, I have the ideas.
