Examination Findings
Specimen of right breast mass 4X2X3CM was sent for inspection. A grey nodule
with size of 2.5X2CM was found in the section. Endoscope finding: The tumor
cells were in nest shape and glandular tube. The cells arranged solidly and
grew invasively. Nuclear fission was easy to see, and nuclear atypia was
obvious. No cancer metastasis was found in the 3 pieces of lymph nodes in
the right paracardial region for inspection.
ER(++70%) PR(-) P35(++75%) C-erbB-2(3+) Ki 67(>20%)
Treatment recommendations:
Chemotherapy + Targeted therapy
Endocrine Therapy
Pathological Diagnosis:
Invasive Ductal Carcinoma in Grade III (Right Breast)

至于那段关于SD的话……SD的质子中心是去年开始治疗的，所以我不知道这个治愈率从
何谈起…… |

her-2 targeted therapy或激素治疗是比较靠谱吧。
圣地亚哥不知道,还可以考虑memorial sloan-Kettering 或者md anderson. |

有名的医生更好。

Calcification was found at my first mammogram last year, so I went through
biopsy and surgical biopsy done by Barbara in June. More ADH was found. The
experience I want to share is that I did not take any pills for pain or
infection. She is a good surgeon. Now her nurse practioner keeps eye on me.
I feel the team is great.

No sure the 3 nodes are SLN or not, that will make a big difference in how
to manage next.
This is typical breast cancer, to finish local therapy, the EBRT needs. In
addition, chemo + herceptin also are necessary.
No role of PBT.

prostate: proton no benefits at all, no insurance gonna cover it anymore.
HN: it depends.
Brain: it depends. Gamma knife still the most accurate.
breast: maybe.
Spine: Yes.
Peds CSI: Yes.
Lung: proton does not make any sense.
Conclusion: proton is nothing but a special procedure complementary to x-ray
. No proton center is doing well in U.S., and it is getting worse and worse
, including scripps SD, which will wind up with a center for CSI peds only.

They are not doing well, and should be bankrupt soon...
Don't waste money, go for regular photon x-ray treatment, which is the
standard of the care.
