competitors without it. Dr. Lee will introduce the program and he eliminates
the MA program which was required for hands-on. His assistant will talk
about accommodation. According to him, fresh CMGs from china will come with
a visa.

没有他们，就没有今天的免费webinar。
我要特别提一下daobanID， 绝对的高IQ/EQ, 因为他的慷慨奉献，去年我们成功举办了

USCE, e.g. Rotation, externship etc. this is very important for IM. This
will also help your confidence for interview, which decides your rank
position. We interviewed an IMG (not CMG) who is nervous and he didn't get
good score from interwers.

长期OB加短期externship是一个最佳选择，先OB，再externship，否则什么都不会，拿
好推荐信就不大可能.

Externship is hands on, carries more weight and give you a good opportunity
to get good letter and great confidence during interview, and you have a lot
contents to talk about. Not everyone has this.
