after certifying ROL (rank order list), you will know that the list is
certified in two ways:
1. The Applicant Status field in the R3 system will change from “
Ranking” to “Certified”
2. A confirming email will be sent to the primary email address on file
in the R3 system.
My applicant status indeed was changed from ranking in red to certified in
green already, but no email confirmation was sent to me. I checked my email
address in my profile and it is correct. Do you usually get email
confirmation? Thanks! |

Really, I should get email confirmation? I also checked my spam fold
particularly, but did not find confirmation letter 3 days after certifying.
I also repeat this process: edit->save->re-certify, still I did not get that
email confirmation. Something is not right? I'll contact NRMP.

I know the deadline is Feb 26 but I thought once you press certify you can't
change rank order. So I aaas wrong?

they suggest me to check spam fold, which I did and never found every time;
they told me, "however, as long as your status shows that your list is
certified, you are set and ready for the match."
So I think I'm fine even I did not get email, it is a bit strange though.
