I would like to get advice from you guys who have match experience, on what
programs I should choose for Pathology.
My YOG is > 20 years, Step 1 and 2 in the middle 80s, CS passed, all first
attempts
Europe PhD, 20 papers (8 first Authors), now top university research faculty
(Pathology)
In my case, should I focus on University program , or should I apply mainly
lower titer community programs?
Also, for those very small 2 residents/year community hospital program, is
it worth trying or not?
THANK you so much for your inputs!!!!!! | a****n 发帖数: 2031 | 2 I have similar background and recieved iv from both university program and
hospital program. You never know which program will be interested in your
background. Just apply as many as possible. Anyway, pthology is a small
specialty and only has 150+ programs.
what
faculty
mainly

| y*****y 发帖数: 86 | 4 I think around 80% pathology programs are university programs, so just
applying to the 20% non-university programs would be very unreasonable.
Aside from California programs and ones that don't take in people without
green cards, only around 100+ programs are left, so applying to all is a
good stategy. |
