# GOAL of Webnar:
Three pathways for a IM/FM resident
1. Apply for fellow
2. Join outpatient private practice
3. join inpatient practice (hospitalist)
There maybe other options that I am not awared of. However,it does not
matter which career one will choose. I believe that each one of us has so
many questions as to "how, why, what"
# Organization.
1. This webnar will only target at the PGY-2 and PGY-3 audience.
2. Please let me know if you would like to join the Webnar. I will form a
