Writhe only one page.
Don’t have grammar error.
Write as early as possible, then to polish with the time going on.
Ask different people to help modify your draft, prefer native American
speaker in medical field, e.g. American MD.
Tell your own story to show your empathy towards patients, your enthusiasm,
highlight your good personality with convincing stories. The most important
point is to show your ability of excellent patient care.
Don’t talk too much about research, highlighting your wishes of becoming a
good physician. PDs weight more on clinical training than research. Tell
personal stories, don’t fall on traps of stories other people have used
before. It’s no good for us. Learn from others but don’t copy other people
’s PS.
Write PS by yourself. Don’t suggest using private company for your PS.
List the most important publications if any in one or two pages.
Prepare a brief CV including USMLE scores, past medical education,
publication et al in one page. |
