一个一个政策的调整对IMG越来越不利，所以match会条件会越来越苛刻。对比一下2013
年和2012年就知道了。
（1）ALL IN ALL OUT: 这个政策导致的结果就是能拿到H1签证的同学比去年减少了很
多。但是也有一批佼佼者会拿到H1B.
（2）CS难度加大，2013年以后CS的通过率可能降到60-65%左右。 这个政策会使很多
IMG不能参加match。 |

不增加或少量增加，甚至有
可能减少，这就导致了留给img的位置就更有限了，到时你要不是img top10％，就进不
去了。

classes, and new MD schools started to get students.

We might do better than them in in-training exams (which I believe most
CMGs are excellent test-takers), however, their clinical ability is much
better than IMGs. Communication, social wise, we are not at the same level.
By the way, I also know many American PhD students, to be honest, American
MDs are way smarter than American PhDs.

are paid by medicare money, not the hospital money.

a small program and do not have good AMGs. No doubt that AMGs can talk more
just like Americans in general. Be confident, don't let them fool you.

make less if the majority of their patients are medicare, also, residency
slots will not increase, if not cut.

of pressure :( Most of them are very smart and seem to know everything. I
feel I am like an idiot.

ability. 而且干病理的AMG很多都很水。 |
