考经是考完试当晚写的。这两天忙的像陀螺一样，现在才有机会发出来，很抱歉。祝大

5个小时前刚刚考完cs， 感觉筋疲力尽，坐晚班飞机到家，明天还要上班。虽然很累，
但是还是想给大家分享一下考经，希望大家都考试顺利。
备考资料：FA
Tutor: Arthur （8节课）
学习班：none
复习时间：1个半月，白天全职上班，每晚复习2－4hr（周一到周六），周日4－5小时。
复习方法：skype与partner互练case，在家与LD练习PE。
复习过程：3月底开始看FA，拿到蝎子的protocol后，开始在mitbbs和skype上找到
partner， 然后在skype上开始练习。4月1日开始Arthur的课。感觉和所有前辈所说的
一样，最重要的是practice，practice, and practice.
Practice不仅让你熟悉要问的问题，而且给了你confidence，到最后还给了你
flexibility，可以根据c/o, 比较自如地问相关的问题。PE和PN方面我都比较弱，我的
partner在PE和PN上给了我很大的帮助，她去了上NJ的课，把自己总结的notes给了我，
受益匪浅。Arthur是绝对推荐，他的protocol还是蛮管用的，用最简单易懂的句子去问
你需要问的问题。
考试过程：早上8点前去到考试中心，中心会assign你一个号码，然后video
orientation，试用考试用具，8：45am开始考试。连考5个cases，30min午餐，考试中
心提供，东西还蛮好吃的，就是不敢多吃，怕消化不了。然后4个cases，15min break
， 最后3个cases。3点10分我就从中心出来了。
I finished all the encounters 1-5 min ahead of time, and had enough time to
write a detailed PN.
I used gloves in 10/12 encounters and found it very handy, save me 10-20
secs. I feel that time management is very important during the exam. I did
not try to ask every question and do all the PEs. Just did the most relevant
PEs and save time for PN. When I wrote PN, I found in most of the
encounters I got enough history and PE information for putting down DDX.
I wrote down patient’s last name, c/o, important VS, 3 DDX and all the
mnemonics for questions before entering the room. So I was always the last
person to enter the room but the first few person who get out of the
encounters. I found writing down all the information very important. When I
faced the patients and got nervous, the mnemonics reminded me all the
questions that I needed to ask.
I tried to be very nice and considerate to the SPs. Most of them were quite
nice to me and smiled back to me. I heard that if the SPs like you, that is
a plus.
When I finished the summary, I always asked the SPs :"do you have anything
to add?" If they said that they did not have anything to add, it gave me
confidence that I did obtain all the information I needed.
考试感想：考试没有相像中难，没有怪病，FA都包括了，不需要再用其他复习资料。
复习后期minicase很重要，建议过两遍，要把ddx和workup都写熟，对考试时写PN下诊
断和workup很重要。考前要休息好，考试当天体力和脑力消耗都蛮大的，我到最后的1
个cases时觉得脑子都动不了，会影响performance。
我要感谢我的家人对我的大力支持，没有他们，我是不可能完成这个考试的。考试的当
天，LG还特意请了一天假，陪我到Atlanta考试，非常感动。
我成绩要7月分才出来，所以以上个人感受不一定是正确的，等成绩出来再update

谢谢小麦版主。我其实犯了不少错误，而且有些case的ddx写的很犹豫。ddx是我的弱项
，minicase才勉强过了一遍。所以建议大家多过两遍，不要犯我的错误。

你说的3个方法我们都试了。跟partner practice这些cases比较慢，很难在有限时间内
过个2－3遍。比较快的是跟partner讨论，可以把minicase的右面两栏给盖住，每个
case，都写出5个ddx和workup，然后两人讨论。其实最快的方法是自己过了，用同样的
方法，过几遍，对考试很有帮助。
