昨夜西风凋碧树，独上高楼，望断天涯路。这是等待的那段时间里，我的心情的真实写
照。我神经质地一会一会儿就要查email, 既怕接到ECFMG的email又怕错过。网上我查
到了对Irregular Behavior 认定成立的cases有：考试中戴腕表尤其是电子表；使用手
机及其他通讯工具，洗手间谈论当前考试的内容，携带inhaler, 网上讨论考试的问题
，延迟结束及递交病例，没有听从监考官的指令等。我是一而再，再而三的没有听从监
考官的指令，估计对我的惩罚在劫难逃。我自己对可能出来的CS的结果也做了预判：1.
Fail with record. 2. Fail without record. 3. Pass with record. 4. Pass
without record. 最后一种情况是小概率事件，因为我屡次犯错。其余的结果中对我
最有利的结果就是 fail without record. 这样的话我就可以retake CS exam。 只
要有机会重考CS，那就有希望。而带有record 的结果无论我CS过与不过，都须要上听
证会。因此，我期盼着我CS fail. 我对自己说：Never give up. Never lose your
heart. 忐忑不安中迎来了公榜的第一，第二个周三，没有消息；第三个周三是98%-99
%的考生应能拿到成绩。我就是属于那1%-2%的人。我预感不妙。我的朋友建议我: get
your lawyer ready to fight. 第四个周三来临了，我屏住呼吸用颤抖的手点开了
ECFMG的来信，告诉我去oasis看成绩。还好，不是accuse的信。我闭上眼打开了PDF文
档。我花了2分钟的时间闭着眼思考了一下几种可能结果的对策：1.retake CS考试。2.
上听证会。3. 海归了。好吧，天要塌的话，那就来吧。我睁开了眼，缓慢scroll
down. 刹时，一个黑体字就跃入我眼前：PASSed. 再往下看，我看到有三项位列high
performance in English Proficiency, Question Skills, Professional Manner and
Rapport. 瞬间，我就潸然了。衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴。 这次真是好险啊

Do you think what kind of level of English can pass CS? My English is clear,
people can understand it, however, they all indicated that I spoke in a
Chinese style, which means I use Chinese rhythm to speak English. Do you

Absolutely you can pass CS even you have Chinese accent. The key point is
the capability of your communication skills. I know a Chinese guy as an
American radiologist certified by the Board of Radiology. He speaks English
with very strong accent. However, he has no problem communicating with those
native English speakers. you should speak English slowly to make yourself
understood easily.

patient note, not the scratch paper. right?

I think you can do quick test of your pen right after you just start a case
during the exam or you can ask an extra scratch to do it.
