非常感谢LJQS, JennyGao, Tele,Stethoscope还有麦地米虫的回复。我想我应该打消
quit的这个想法
了。我唯一能做的就是提高自己工作效率和multitask的能力，把research和考试都做
好。虽然我不是超人，但是尽力吧。原帖已经删去了，我已经有主意了，大家不用再回
帖了。 |

family reasons-your child need you and you want to join your husband ASAP,
you need to graduate and ask him how you can finish your ph.D work. Tell
him that you don't like seeking a future career in Science and your family
has your first priorty.
A ph.D is good for fellowship application, you are almost at the finish line
, don't quit just yet.
You don't need to quit.

matter so much, although you are suffering. To be honest, although the 10
year mark sounds scary, your boss' support is more important. Take your time
to get the Ph.D degree, prepare for your test and try to manage the long
distance issue. Sometimes we have to multi-task, which is demanding, but you
can do it!
As per wikipedia's definition of mental health,"a successful adaptation to a
range of demands."
Mental health describes a level of psychological well-being, or an absence
of a mental disorder. From the perspective of 'positive psychology' or '
holism', mental health may include an individual's ability to enjoy life,
and create a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve
psychological resilience.Mental health can also be defined as an expression
of emotions, and as signifying a successful adaptation to a range of demands

板谈谈，把你的timeline 跟他讲讲，让他知道你铁了心要走。话可以委婉一点，但态
度要坚决。我的同学就是这么push老板让她毕业的。 |
