1. Not appropriate
2. Reserved, not open
3. Unable to get her/him engaged
4. No questions about the structures of the the program
5. Tangential,all over the places
Positives
1. Very interested in the city and the program
2. Some insights into the field
3. Talk about something outside of the business
4. Research background and knows it is time to have clinical training
5. nice, open, engaged, asks questions, knows the city | m******r
