Overall, I think they all have good package. Here is what I learned:
1. English language is generally not a problem.
2. LORs are very important for an applicants to learn your strength so you
can speak out during the interview - unfortunately many people waived their
right to see the letter
3. I am surprised to find out most people don't know what are their true
strength and weakness (not what you say during the interview). It is not as
simple as your scores, YOG and research
4. Clinical is the key for residency interview, nothing else - most people
forget about it
5. Many people don't have a good understanding of the US heath care system
and the goal of residency training
6. You will HAVE to change your answer when interview at different program.
