I regret to inform you that after careful evaluation of your application we
have decided not to offer you an interview for our pathology residency this
year.
We receive hundreds of applications to our pathology residency program every
year. Since we can only interview a few dozen applicants each year, we face
the difficult task of selecting a relatively small group from many very
talented physicians. In this process, we are guided by the selection
criteria
that we have developed and which are posted on our departmental website.
If you do not secure a residency position this year, we hope that you will
further refine your credentials and apply again next year.
