Have you got matched or not?
If you did get matached, I guess it is not bad an idea to write to Dok, or
forgive my arrogance.
If not, it would be much better to improve your language and the way to
communicate before you raise these stone-aged questions.

Thank you so much QianBei for your speedy reply. I do not think you are
arrogant at all.
the reason why I post those questions is that I do worry about my future
even I get matched. actually, I believe it is not only for myself, but also
for others who have similar worries.
very sorry for my poor English and bringing up those old questions again. I
did dig ourwebsite and did try to find out some old posts but not satisfied.
could you give detailed suggestions, like how to improve English, what is a
better way to communicate? I would be very grateful. by the way, I did not
understand " write to Dok"? Dok is a Qianbei here or something else. Sorry
for my stupid questions.
thanks again for your time. and Looking forward to getting your further
guidance.

2. software: what softwares I need to install in my iphone or i touch, where
to get it? what is the function of each software? do i have to buy some
software?
______
3. what books i have to read before going to residency?
———

5. what is the biggest challenge for first year? and solution to it??
