filled in the online request form past Sunday but have not got any email
back? remembered it says I should get it within 5 biz days :-((
applied one about 4-5 yrs ago but changed my mind and did not send anything
for certification. so i chose new application option. would this be a
problem? Thanks anyone

Send email or just call the office. I would prefer to the call.
