了，以system记的正确率只在50～55％（刚开始的更低），很受打击，非常郁闷。其他

每个人学习方法不一样，看书型的书吃透了，上来就80％的有，那是真本事，最后这样
的一般是高分99（260s）。题海战术型的，上来准确率多少个人认为并不重要，关键是
得把题目完完全全吃透，相关引申的知识点都挖出来。

的信息也不多。
以各个系统为例：先看一遍FA（试图记下，虽然很粗略），做UW Qbank （timed, 46
questions), 准确率35～40％，review UW. 再看一遍FA, 再做UW，正确率50～55％，
但从来没能过60％。俺就是为这个郁闷了很久。 | n***a

questions very well . Did you read Kaplan notes? Understanding but not to
simply memorizing is the key.

发帖数: 3340 | 8 可能是俺没讲清楚，俺不是重做同一套题，第二次是新题(unused)。如果你online做UW
qbank, 你应该知道每个系统都有好几百个题，你可以选system, unused做不重的题。

higher scores in real exams than me, even if their correct percentage from
UW is much lower than mine.
The percentage itself does not tell you anything, the most important part is
to read and understand the explanations from UW. | A*G

. After that I did usmle-rx, got 68%, then went back to uw got 78%. Between
each Qbank, I read FA, or tried nbme. Finally, I got >230 for my step 1.
At this moment, you could try another Qbank (usmle-rx or kaplan) in order to
improve your understanding on each point in FA.
Keep on going, you will get a good score.
