just a head-up: if plan to take cab, please allow some extra time just in
case for unforeseeable situations: 1, cab drivers might not be on time to
pick you up, 2, traffic condition, which is notorious in LA, streets around
the test center are not quiet at all. you can't afford to be late for CS.
hotels: stay at a close-by hotel might give you a better night sleep and
even save you money/time [i.e.shuttle from/to LAX, walking distance to test
center, even a breakfast if you stay in some of the suite style hotel(e.g. H
-suite, but this is 5-min driving away)]. double tree doesn't have breakfast
, most of the motels do while you need to take cab or drive.

I stayed in the double tree for CS test in LA on May 18. There was breakfast
available, although not very good, kind of pricey (not included in the room
cost). It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the test center. This double tree is
not as good as other double trees that I've stayed given its price ($160
per night). Having said that, this one may be the closest and decent hotel
to the LA test center.

一看到那个Hacienda Hotel的可以优惠的电话，打过去，我订了2天好像共收170，赶紧
订了下来，然后把在priceline上订的附近稍远的cancel了.

我在住的double tree, 步行5分钟到考场，而且附近很多restaurant和supermarket,

当时我定的机票和hotel绑定的，我和老公两人round trip直飞，3天hotel才800$. | p*****a
发帖数: 10 | 4 Forgot to mention,don't take taxi,they provide free hotel shuttles (marked
with Hacienda hotel ) from LAX airport to the Hacienda hotel.Ask the traffic
staffs for direction.
They provide free breakfast in the hotel,don't forget tip :)

发帖数: 149 | 5 谢谢各位的信息，再提供一下那酒店附近的详细情况：离考场走路就5-10分钟，在马路
的对面；吃饭也很方便，正对面有个超市，里面也有sushi,salad等，可以买点早餐，
附近的墨西哥餐很多也很好吃，如果要吃中餐，往左边走再过一个路口就有一个小mall
有好几个餐馆，其中还有个夏威夷BBQ也很赞。 |
