abbreviations noted on practice cases. stuff like RLQ,NSVD..
Could we use it as long as it is found in CS book? or we have to go by the
back cover? or does anyone have a more completed abbreviation file?

我仔细看一下FA和听了UW的Orientation Video对这个问题的说明：
只要美国临床上常用的、约定俗成的缩写，完全可以用，并鼓励用——为你的PN省时间
和空间，因为评阅我们PN的，是医生。
FA上的缩写，已经够用了。
有一点个人感觉还是要注意：如果一个PN通篇都是缩写，增加了医生评阅你PN时的阅读
难度。
感觉好像还有个例外，考虑的诊断和鉴别诊断应该尽量用完整的病名，而不是用缩写。
