忽微的正面作用
我很久以来只是松散的逛逛麦地，所以认识可能还不够全面，也还有待进一步深化，大
家凑合着看，欠妥之处还请多担待
首先对老刀说几句：
我个人还是很赞同你对事物的认识，以及诲人不倦的这种锲而不舍的态度，如果麦地缺
了你的答疑解惑甚至大声疾呼，的确好像要失掉很多色彩。我想，包括蝎子版主，还有
我在内的很多CMG，都希望见到你继续在这里帮扶后进。我理解你的抨人，往往是有原
因的，尤其认为某些言论是在散播流毒，既然版主碍于某些游戏规则不便干预约束，你
就当仁不让的替天行道，战一番牛鬼蛇神。不过这里也许值得商榷一下的是形式问题，
虽然我们经常认为内容重于形式，但也经常有时候形式会重于内容，所以有‘以辞害意
’‘引喻失义’等习语。
虽然你认定你打得是白骨精，但白骨精往往是穿着伪装出现的，或化作老汉/老太/媳妇
等模样，或扎着言论自由民主公平的幌子贩摇头丸，你这一棍一棍下去，没把白骨精打
死，却把唐三藏（尚不具火眼金睛的旁观CMG）吓得气的够呛，甚至站在白骨精的立场
上批评你。虽然郭沫若对唐三藏的态度是‘千刀万剐唐僧肉’（妈的，我dok为你们做
事你们都不领情不感激，还跟牛鬼蛇神一起声讨我），但主席的态度是‘僧是愚盲犹可
训’。也许直接往老汉老太小媳妇头上抡棍子的除妖方式可以改一改，毕竟这样下去，
版主板斧也会在八戒等舆论的影响下不得不让孙大圣也跟着受罚，虽打的一时痛快，长
久并不见得是最好的做事方式。
建议：1、有理说理，虽然妖精不承认自己卖的的摇头丸，但只要你剖析如理，相信稍
有脑子的人即可从中辨明是非，辨不明的就活该倒霉，辨不明的即使你一棍子把妖精打
死，也会去妖精坟头哭的，所以也不必下棍子；2、说理时遇人身攻击，甚至挑衅性语
言，不要动怒抡棍子，转站内邮件向版主投诉，虽然少了亲自抡棍子打妖的痛快，但给
了版主操作机会，
同样起到降妖效果，不但不会让不明真相群众误解，也免得被念紧箍咒。
对部分老刀反对者说几句：
老刀虽然不少时候显得很蛮横，很ego，甚至你鄙视的认为他在搞个人崇拜，自我膨胀
，践踏平等自由等价值观念，但是，相信不少人也能够认同他引起口水的同时也的确在
帮助着或多或少的CMG走这条路，而这点是鲜有人做到的，绝大多数走通这条路后都闷
声自己过小日子去了，问问你自己，在你走通这条路后，是否会回来，像老刀这样坚持
整理帖子，整理博客，介绍经验，即做除了他污言秽语跟人骂战的其他部分？也许有，
但迄今我还没有注意到有这样的ID。至于他蛮横让你难以容忍的一面，其实你如果不去
跟他计较的话，所有这些不过是网络上的一个ID，和他一些网络文字罢了，你取能为你
所用的精华，他再自我膨胀也只能限于网络这一亩三分地，既不是版主，更不会因此成
为president of the U.S.，况且他本意甚至可能并非如此。
对老刀宿敌说几句：
有几个ID可能已经成为dok宿敌，你们差不多演化成personal enimies了，说什么是非
道理都不管用。但请你们尽量能自说自话，尽量避免互re对方帖子，如果实在看不惯彼
此的某些帖子言论，回复到彼此站内邮箱进行私下论战甚至骂战，请勿在版面展开。这
个建议也同样提给dok。你们私人恩怨私下解决，尽量不要祸及版面，版面是无辜的，
是大家公共阅读场所，不是你们双方的战场，出了事，被版主处理的时候，最好shut
up，不要在给版主更多厥词。
对版主，也对大家说几句：
我对蝎子了解虽然有限，但就他的帖子看来，还是相信蝎子是有公正宽容立场的人，相
信他会尽量做好大家交给他的任务，行使好大家赋予他和版务组的权力。所以我对蝎子
所说‘酌情’处理并无丝毫异议，任何法律都有模糊的弹性空间给人主观操作的地方，
才会有法官和律师的活动存在，他们的存在不是让执法变得不公正，相反是为执法变得
更公正，放佛关节的软骨和滑液之于关节的作用。希望大家能在更多的时候理解和支持
版务的决定决策，而不是非难他们。我做过其它大版的版主，对此尤其有体会，对于肯
为大家做事的版务，大家一定要给予大力的支持和理解，他们的权力其实很少，得到的
支持帮助其实很有限，是在花自己宝贵的时间和精力承受压力为公众服务，大家的一句
认可一句支持，对他们来讲都是莫大的鼓舞和动力。当然，大家看到有些自己认为可以
做出改进的地方，也请积极向版主发信提自己的看法和建议，一般有责任心和使命感的
版主会很感谢和重视大家提议的。一个小建议是：尽量先站内邮件跟版主沟通认识，除
非特殊情况或议题，毕竟私下的沟通和版面公开讨论是有很多很多不同之处的，多数情
况下前者更有利于问题解决，少数情况下后者有利于问题解决。

country has a long way to go, to have a Law governed society. Not because of
government (this is not government's fault, which I used to believe, but
now I started changing), but due to the mentality and value view of bulk
people. Look around, how many people realized the importance of law and
order? But this is one of the core value here. How many people think the
basic humanian rights need to be respected? this is also one of the core
value here. See people want to be treated with respect, with dignity, with
fairness, with all the good things, then this should be applied to everyone,
right? If you want this, you treat people with these good things,and people
treat you the same way. If you don't treat people with these things, what
do you expect to get in return? It's so simple.
If there is selectivity or different treatment based on any of other factors
any more. See, people like to come to America, but still hold tight with
the old obselete mentality, value and the way to treat people. This is self
contrary.

There are different level of living in this world.
1st level which is the most basic level, to satisfy the most basic living
condition.
When people are struggling for basic living condition, e.g. food, house, car
, living etc, these are the most important to them, the spiritual value is
meaningless to them. Unfortunately, a lot of folks are still struggling for
most basic living, so whoever can help them get these, that guy is a good
guy, the spiritual level things are meaningless to this group. Dignity and
rightousness are sacrified. This is why Prime Minister Wen Jiabao said,
return dignity to regular people. But it will be difficult, when people are
still struggliing for basic living, they don't have dignity, don't care
rightousness or not. This is human nature, it is sad to find out lots of
people here are still at this level.
2nd level, when people don't need to worry about the most basic living
things, then Dignity, rightousness, spritual happiness become important. For
people here to get to this level, they have to be at attending for about 5
years, then they start value dignity, rightousness, law and order etc. that
is also why I say give them 10 years.
3rd level...............
What I said here is not to humiliate anyone, this is just human nature. I
came from there and I understand. It is just sad to find out there are still
so many people are still at 1st level.
