Nowadays, share key learning with your colleagues is a key component of
employee performance evaluation. Modern employers have realized the
power of sharing
Within the corporations and sometimes even with external partners. By
sharing the successful stories, lessons and learns, others can learn the
successful experiences and avoid the mistakes. This help a corporation
to build a strong team and operate more efficiently.
Sharing can be taken by the form of individual communications, post
articles to the web, posters, oral presentations, etc.
Sharing help your gain trust and respect from others. You'll be able to
exposed to diversified groups of people. This will help you to build a
strong and successful networking, which include people from variety
backgrounds and levels. The networking is the key that help you to climb
up your career ladder within the corporation.
Sharing takes more weight in management's performance evaluation. You
have to show you have good sharing skills to be able to be promoted to
management level.

在大公司里，如果一个人业务很好，跟同事关系各方面也很好，但是不擅长把自己的成功经验跟其他
同事分享推广，那么他的年终评分最多只能拿4分，满分是5分的。 You're good, but
you are not superior. Hehe.
