. That means we need print both , the notary one will go to bank notary ,
the type A for medical school official?
how to sign my signature in the presence of medical school official?

Form 187, if you have never transferred any credits to meet your medical
diploma requirements, you should choose "no". | l********p

I did online application on Feb 21th, I got two sheet seperate 186 form ,
type A for medical school official sing, type B for bank notary.
one more , after first verifrication ,what this 327 form content/materals?

may result in the difference here.
Sorry, I haven't gone through that far yet. Have no idea for 327 Form now. |
