但是CRA就可以，但是话又说回来，不做CRC，怎么进入圈子当CRA?
我OPT的时候就做这个，被本科念完文科念生物、n年申请不上医学院的更年期韩国女manager虐待，对这个位置心有余悸。
但是绿卡申请不知道影响不。
但是coordinator做看右看都是秘书啊，做完postdoc去做这个，总感觉像简历上的败笔。 |

发帖数: 153 | 6 I was a postdoc and now I am CRC, I already have GC, so I am not sure about
H1b, Don't think you have a PhD. you can be a good coordinator, There are
different levels as well. We are not talking about simple data entry level
which a high school diploma is all needed. Prefessinal CRC requires
excellent communication and writing skills which is not we, at least me, all
have. I learn a lot from the project I am doing, plus I have opportunity to
contact patient every week. If I am not successful in matching, I will be
happy continuing in this field and try to go higher level.

如果你以后是要一直做research的，从学历要求工作性质水平方面讲，是下降了；但是
如果你是想申请住院医的话，不考虑身份问题，CRC可以让你向临床方向靠，有机会和
很多临床医生接触，建立connection，以后找机会做ob,要lor都有帮助。
然离临床医生很近。

其实我的问题是，因为现在在等绿卡（485pending).就是不知道不做research,万一将
来被要REF, 会不会因此有麻烦。

发帖数: 2295 | 9 按照我们律师的说法，最好是keep在reearch领域，而且最好485批了半年到一年以内都
keep在reserach。否则485，以及后面的公民都可能受影响。

research, you still deal with data collection, analysis etc, it is all how
you formulate it.

impression will be NO. They usually don't hire people need sponsor. So
either you have EAD or green card.
Don't think this is same field, Postdoc is pure research, but CRC is more on
clinical side. Just my 2 cents.

Different program has diferent requirement, you should check the description
they post. Just look around, read them over, you will know what they are
looking for.
Mostly are fresh graduated colleage students, who are planning to get into
medical field ( medical school or PN, Nurse, etc).

In universities, on faculty track, (clinical )research associate to
(clinical) research instructor positions are occupied mostly by 巴基斯坦
or Indian IMG....
take some graduate level courses before you apply, and target at higher
position ..... |
