Hi eric, I am so glad you are here to present your opinion on this. As much
as I respect and like Dok's personality and his way of doing things, I also
don't agree with him 100%. One thing makes it a big different: the
medicalcareer board is a public forum hence we should treat it as a
professional place. Club style is different, and that's out of our
discussion here.
One more thing being professional in the public forum is that - it also
helps to protect yourself, as well as others.
I would say, BZs mostly have to just act like robots, following rules. That'
s all. we don't have any personal opinions applied on anybody when we were
implementing the rules. Your understanding will be highly appreciated!
